Egg Nogg recipe

Try this simple yet delicious Egg Nogg recipe as you celebrate Christmas with your family and friends.


4 Eggs

1/4 cup of caster sugar

4 cups of milk

1/2 cup of brandy

1/2 cup of thickened cream




Seperate eggs

Heat milk in the microwave for 4 mins

Beat egg whites and add caster sugar 1 tablespoon at a time

Mix egg yolks with milk and add to egg whites

Put bowl in fridge for 1 hour

Mix brandy with the mixture

Beat cream and fold through with mixture

Ready to serve – sprinkle some nutmeg on top of each serving
